Drago for lunch.
Amuse – Arancini and Bruscetta with tomatoes and shaved parmesan – SDrago’s Arancini are one of the best in Los Angeles.
Grilled Shrimp, Mango, Watercress and Endive – this combination of flavors were perfect, particularly the mango with the shrimp.
Fried Mozzarella and Proscuitto – good, but not exactly an exciting dish.
Spinach Cavatelli with Venison and Porcini Mushroom sauce – the sauce was perfect
Veal scalloppini, Marsala and Mushroom sauce – half-eaten – my husband’s dish and he loved it.
An excellent neighborhood lunch spot.
