I have been collecting menus for years. It is a fun hobby and a great way to relive the many fine dining meals we have had. The period of time is from 1989 to 2008.

I will add more menus to this post, but here is a sampling.

One of our first 3 star dining experiences was at Lucas Carton in Paris. We were very naive and essentially clueless.
